We sell Gourmet sea salt and pepper at Australiss that comes from Byron Bay. Byron Bay is situated at the most eastern tip of Australia. It is a beautiful spot and the beaches are glorious. It is a great place to have a holiday.
We loved watching the whales in the distance swimming south. There were schools of dolphins performing acrobats which was a delight for the children to see. You can go kayaking with the dolphins in Byron Bay and don’t even be surprised if you are surfing and they come along and join you!
- A very beautiful place to be, Byron Bay.
The gourmet salt and pepper that we sell from Byron Bay is so delicious, once you have tried it, you will not be able to live without it. Hard to believe but it really is that good.
Native Spice is made with lemon myrtle, macadamia nuts and other Australian native ingredients. This is my favourite and I use it for chicken, fish, vegetables and in salad dressings.
Mediterano is blended with basil and sundried tomato.
Citrus Slam is a mixture of lemon grass and sesame that is delicious with any seafood or chicken dish.
Chilli Bayou is made from baby chilli pepper and sun dried tomato . You can use this on everything.
Indian Summer is mixed with pink peppercorns, yellow mustard seeds and cumin seed. Great with beef, pork and lamb and vegetables especially potato.
All ingredients are natural and taste fantastic.
Loved the pics of Byron – and the sound of the spices – Moira where do you get them from? Obviously a must have in the kitchen. Keep them coming. Liz
